- Local Pickup from our designated location. Pickup windows are announced weekly via email and social media.
- Shipping within the state of Ohio only. We do not ship baked goods outside Ohio at this time.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days depending on product availability and baking schedule.
- No Delivery at This Time: We are not offering local delivery at this time. However, we may add third-party delivery options (such as DoorDash) in the future.
- No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the perishable nature of our baked goods. A valid street address is required at checkout.

- All Sales Final: Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, all bakery sales are final.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We currently ship within Ohio only due to state cottage food laws. Orders are shipped 1–2 times per week depending on availability.
Can I place a custom order or request a special item?
We currently offer a rotating weekly menu only, but we love feedback! Send us your flavor ideas anytime.
Do you deliver?
Not at this time. Delivery may be added later through DoorDash or a similar partner. Local pickup and Ohio shipping are available.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details are shared after checkout and sent via email. We'll include the address and available pickup windows.
Can I return or exchange baked goods?
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of baked goods. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll help.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some products contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, or soy. Our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please reach out with questions before ordering.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend pickups.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we require a street address at checkout. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
What if I miss my pickup time?
Contact us ASAP. We may be able to hold your order for a short time, but we cannot guarantee freshness after the scheduled pickup window.
