Ingredients:For chicken: 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (I prefer thighs) cooked and diced 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tsp Sea salt or (Table salt) 1 tbsp Onion Powder 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp thyme 1 tablespoon Basil For soup: 2 stalk of celery - chopped ½ white onion - diced 2 teaspoons minced garlic ½ cup shredded carrots 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 cups low sodium chicken broth One cube of chicken bouillon and one spoonful of better than bouillon (see note) salt and pepper - to taste 1 teaspoon thyme 16 ounces potato gnocchi 2 cups of heavy cream 1 cup fresh spinach - roughly chopped Instructions:

Note* Chicken bouillon cube and or better than bouillon flavoring is by preference for added flavor boost. Also, for less ingredients you can swap seasoning on chicken for Italian seasoning if desired.
