Instructions:

- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with butter.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest.
Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredient
- In another medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 4: Combine & Fold in Blueberries
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Carefully fold in the blueberries (tossed in flour) to prevent sinking.
Step 5: Bake
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
