- Scratch Crafted Bakery: A home-based, local bakery operating under Ohio Cottage Food Law, offering small-batch baked goods.
Each branch has separate shipping and return policies due to their distinct legal and operational frameworks. Please review the relevant section before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or final sale items (e.g., personalized T-shirts, signed books).
- Process: Contact us via email for return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
