By purchasing products, services, or digital content from Scratch Crafted Meals LLC (doing business as Scratch Crafted Bakery), you agree to the following terms:

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales (including downloads, printables, and recipes) are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products:
All physical items (e.g., baked goods, merch) are made to order. Due to food safety concerns, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Classes and Services:
Bookings for cooking classes or catering are non-refundable. You may request a one-time reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Payment:
All payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Square, Stripe or PayPal. We do not store any financial information.

Intellectual Property:
All recipes, digital materials, and instructional content are the property of Scratch Crafted Meals LLC. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any purchased materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability:
You agree to hold Scratch Crafted Meals LLC harmless from any loss or damage related to your use of our products or services.
